To preserve your Sublima jewelry and avoid damage, please follow these care tips: store your jewelry in its original packaging or a soft pouch to prevent scratches. Avoid contact with water. Remove your jewelry before washing your hands, swimming, or applying products such as perfume, hairspray, soap, or lotion, as these can affect the metal and reduce the lifespan of the finish, particularly 18K gold plating. Also avoid impacts with hard objects that could scratch or chip the jewelry.

We provide a special 30-day warranty for all items on our website. If your item is damaged during this period, we will offer a repair or replacement. Engraved or personalized orders are not eligible for a refund, return, or exchange. We do not accept order cancellations because our systems are automated, but we do accept returns if the item has not been engraved or personalized.

Shipping: processing begins on the date you place your order and generally takes 1 to 3 business days. Once your order has been processed, it can be shipped. Returns: if you wish to return your purchase, a full refund will be issued excluding shipping costs. All items must be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped and within 14 days of receipt. The returned item must reach our warehouse before we can inspect the jewelry and issue a refund. We do not refund items that have been damaged. Any additional order insurance is also excluded from the refund. For returns made under the right of withdrawal, the original shipping costs, even if initially offered free of charge, will be deducted from the refund based on the actual costs incurred.
